Where can I get a refund?
Refund requests are requested at the Bowen-Thompson Student Union Information Desk. A photo ID is required in order to receive a cash refund.
Are there any nutritious products in the vending machines?
There are many healthy options available in our vending machines. We are continually working to enhance the selection of products offered. Contact us if you have suggestions for future products. For our vending items, click on the Nutrition Facts link on the left side of the page. You may also visit the BGSU Health and Wellness Center for other healthy living tips.
How can I report an ongoing issue with a vending machine?
Issues that are reported through the vending report an issue link are passed on to the vendors. All issues are taken into account and will be resolved as quickly as possible.
Are the vending machines serviced regularly?
The vending companies stock and service the machines on a regularly scheduled basis. The vending machines are also audited by BGSU staff on a regular basis. During the audits, the machines are evaluated based on cleanliness, how well they are stocked and whether they are in working order. The results of the audits are passed on to the vendors so they can adjust the delivery schedule or make repairs, if necessary.
Do any machines have Braille?
