Education

1973: Pursued and completed the M.S. degree in Educational Research at Bucknell University

1967: BA, in English Literature at Kobe College, Nishinomiya-City, Hyogo-Prefecture, Japan. Certified to teach English as a second language in Junior High and Senior High in Japan.

Teaching Experience

1991-present: Lecturer of Japanese language at Bowling Green State University

1983-1990: Instructor for Japanese Language at Bowling Green State University 

June - July 1978: Tuba City Intermediate School, Tuba city, AZ.
Remedial Reading Teacher in summer school program

1975 - 1978: Tuba city Intermediate School, Tuba city, AZ.
4th grade teacher for primarily Navajo and Hopi students
