ComDoc Support, Service and Supplies

 

Please reference the following processes and procedures in order to receive ongoing support for Xerox equipment and existing network laser printers at BGSU.

 SUPPORT

A Customer Expectation Document (recommended paper stocks, specifications of equipment etc.), Quick Use Posters (for copy, fax, network scanning and scanning to e-mail), and a Quick Use Guide can be found on the Equipment Information and How-to Guides page.

  SUPPLIES

Any new equipment and/or existing HP or Xerox Network Printer is covered under a Managed Services Agreement that includes all supplies except paper.

When you are low on supplies, call ComDoc 1-800-321-4846, option 2 is to order supplies.
(M-F 8:00AM – 5:00PM EST) Allow at least 3 business days to receive supplies.

To Order Supplies Online: http://customercenter.comdocinc.com/ - Go to Register Now, you will need your model number and your contract number located on the front of your machine.

   SERVICE

Should you need service on your Xerox product or network laser printer, call 1-800-321-4846, option 1 is to place a service call. This phone is available M-F 8:00AM – 5:00PM EST. Make sure you have your equipment contract number (locate the ComDoc Sticker on front of the machine – the printed number is your contract #) when calling.
