General Browser Issues

 

This page contains links to some common fixes that might help if you are unable to get a website to load in the browser you are using.  If you are having an issue with a page on the BGSU site, please consult the list of browser compatibility below and verify you are using a suggested browser:

Current Issues:

  • BGSU Email Link inside of MyBGSU requires Compatibility Mode when using Internet Explorer 9.
  • MyFiles System does not currently work with Safari or Google Chrome.

While there are other browsers available, these are the ones tested most frequently at BGSU.  Other browsers may be compatible with some or all of our systems, but are not listed here.
