The opinion of our customers is very important to us at the BGSU Bookstores. We measure customer feedback in a number of ways including an in-store comment card and through both satisfaction surveys and periodic focus groups. To provide feedback electronically, simply click on the following link for the web version of the customer comment card.


In addition to initiating the customer satisfaction surveys and focus groups, we also participate periodically with surveys sponsored by our industry association partners, such as the National Association of College Stores. When customer surveys are scheduled and open for participation, the specific information will be posted at the Bookstore’s event calendar.
