HCM - Human Capital Management

Project Summary

The BG@100 ERP Project implemented the Oracle / PeopleSoft Human Capital Management (HCM) v 8.8 module on June 27, 2005.  An upgrade to v. 8.9 was completed in June 2006.  This upgrade paved the way for the integration that occurs between HCM and CSS as CSS was implemented in 2008/2009.  The Benefits Administration module was implemented in September 2009 and HCM will be a part of the CSS HCM v 9.0 upgrade project plan.  The v 9.0 upgrade is scheduled for October 2010.
