Contributions of faculty recognized at awards dinner

The achievements and contributions of BGSU’s faculty were recognized and rewarded Oct. 28 at a dinner in their honor.
Faculty with many years of service were honored, as were those who have recently retired. Topping the list of current faculty, at 45 years with BGSU, was Dr. Donald Rowney, history. With 40 years was Dr. Michael Bradie, philosophy. At 35 years were Drs. Vincent Corrigan, musicology/composition/theory; Donald Enholm, School of Communication Studies; Lewis Fulcher, physics and astronomy; Kathleen Hagan, art; Peter Henning, applied sciences, BGSU Firelands; Ronald Lancaster, computer science; Donald McQuarie, American culture studies, and Lee Meserve, biological sciences.

Faculty were also recognized at the 15-, 20-, 25- and 30-year levels.
