BGSU officials express support for Issue 1

BOWLING GREEN, O.— Bowling Green State University officials publicly expressed support for Issue 1 at a joint news conference this morning (April 29). Held at the Willard & Kelsey Solar Group in Perrysburg, the event brought together Provost Kenneth Borland and other BGSU representatives with University of Toledo President Lloyd Jacobs, Toledo Mayor Michael Bell, Perrysburg Mayor Nelson Evans and a number of county commissioners and other regional officials.

The issue, on the May 4 ballot, is designed to provide support for advanced technology in northwest Ohio through the renewal of the Third Frontier initiative.
