Paying Your Bill

BGSU policy requires that your financial account with the University be in good standing prior to the start of the semester.

Staff will be on hand throughout the weekend from the Bursar (our billing office) to meet with you.

You will need to make arrangements to pay your bill before moving into your residence hall. Staff will be posted at satellite offices near check-in stations to assist you. Please don’t hesitate to ask for help.

We understand that everyone’s situation is unique and we want to work with you to help you meet your financial obligation. Supervisors will have the authority to waive deregistration, if you can show a plan is in place to pay the remainder of your bill.

The Office of the Bursar can be reached at 419-372-2815 or bursar@bgsu.edu.
