Public Safety, Parking
offices moving

Students returning from winter break in January will find Parking Services and Campus Police at College Park. The move is necessitated by the upcoming demolition of the Commons.

Parking Services staff started moving yesterday (Dec. 13). Their new office is expected to be open for operation tomorrow (Dec. 15) in Room 001. The Police Department will make the switch on Jan. 3 and 4. According to Sgt. Tim James, safety services will not be affected and people calling 911 will still be able reach dispatch. Starting Jan. 5, the department will be located in Room 100.

To make room for parking and police, the Office of Human Resources vacated College Park and moved to Research Park across I-75 last month.
