Continuing Education Credit (CEU) & Continuing Legal Education (CLE)

The State of the State Conference is pleased to announce that conference attendees are eligible to receive valuable CEU and CLE credit. In these challenging financial times, we realize that CEUs & CLEs become a valuable way to get professional development.

What can this State of the State Conference provide?

Each conference attendee will be receiving generic CEU credit certificate for eight (8) contact hours offered through Owens Community College.

In addition, individuals depending on their respective field can get CEU or CLE credit in the following areas for an additional $25.00 fee:

Counseling - The College of Health and Human Services at Bowling Green State University is a provider of continuing education for the Ohio Board of Social Workers, Counselors, and Marriage and Family Therapists.  Continuing Professional Education has been approved for counselors. (3.00 hours)

Social Work – The College of Health and Human Services at Bowling Green State University is a provider of continuing education for the Ohio Board of Social Workers, Counselors, and Marriage and Family Therapists.  Continuing Professional Education has been approved for social workers. (3.00 hours)

Legal – This course has been approved by the Supreme Court of Ohio Commission on Continuing Legal Education for 3.00 CLE hour(s) instruction.

Human Resources – This program has been approved for 5 (HR (General)) recertification credit hours toward PHR, SPHR and GPHR recertification through the HR Certification Institute.

How do I get the credit?

  • Register to attend the conference
  • CEU & CLE eligible sessions will be identified
  • Sign-in at each session – see Moderator
  • Forms will be verified and CEUs & CLEs will be confirmed following the conference
